At Spendworth, we currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We request all customers to carefully review product details before placing an order. You may also use our Video Call Assistance to view the product prior to purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

All products, including custom orders, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
