Do I have to sign up for a spendworth account to buy something at Spendworth website ?

Yes, you have to create an account before placing an order.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all MasterCard, Visa, American express and Citibank Maestro debit cards and credit cards. If you have any Indian Bank account you can also transfer your payment directly to us using our payment gateway net banking facility.Text

Do you offer expedited shipping ?

No, at this point of time we are unable to offer overnight or expedited delivery service.

How can I modify my order ?

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing or modifying your shopping Cart. Once you confirm payment for the item in your shopping Cart the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.Text

Do you ship backorders ?

No we aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available. We will promptly inform you within 2 working days off your purchase and fully refund your money e for the out of stock item.Text

How long it will take to receive my order ?

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 5 working days to dispatch our customer's order. However if the quantities ordered are more than five pieces per product per style OR in case the item ordered is under production then it may take longer to process that order.

How do I track my order ?

You can track your order on our order tracking page. If you do not have a tracking number with you OR Order confirmation number ,please contact us. If you are not sure whether or not your order has shipped yet you can check the status of your recent orders in your my account column.

How will I know if you have received my order ?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. you will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from SPENDWORTH.

How is my order shipped ?

All spendworth orders are shipped to our customers on door to door basis, VIA our team of reliable courier partners on the address provided by our customers.

If there was a payment failure while placing my order ,what should I do ?

If the amount has been deducted from your bank account then we would request you to wait for 24 hours. As it's usually credited back to your account.if you do not receive the the amount within 24 hours. Then you can call us on the given number or Email us with your bank account statement ,we will help you further.

What if an item is is out of stock and I want to buy ?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email as soon as it comes in stock.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses ?

As of now, we can process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and want that items to be delivered on different address. please treat this as separate orders.

Is it safe to place an order with my credit/debit Card ?

Yes ,all over payments are secured by payumoney. Any details provided by you during the Transaction are completely safe with us.

What currency will my order be billed in ?

All of your orders will be billed in INR.

Our return policy ?

Our customers satisfaction is our priority. You can return your product within 2 days of delivery by the courier partner..

How can I cancel my order ?

Once processed an order can be cancelled within one hour of placing. You can go to my account tab for further processing regarding your order cancellation.

When will I receive a refund for my return product ?

As soon as we receive the product at our warehouse. we do transfer the amount within 5-7 days to your given bank account.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes ,we do have the facility to ship our products internationally.

My order was COD, how will I get my refund amount ?

You have to send us an email providing us your bank account details. once we receive this product at our warehouse. you will receive the amount to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
